- Sample Availability & Policy
Emperor provides new product samples free of charge for existing customers. Samples for new customers are charged for on an order-refundable basis.
- Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
All products have a warranty for reasonable operation, and we provide 0.5% spare parts with all orders. Defective products are repaired free of charge for faults arising from quality issues. Other terms are negotiable.
